This Sunday Harriers are running a pool party at Knaresborough swimming pool which is free for all athletes with drinks and some grub provided . Meeting time is at 4.45 for a 5 pm start finishing at 6pm. For parents tea and coffee will be provided, There are already nearly 60 athletes attending, and if you want to come you need to book your place with Alison Hall Jones by dropping an email to her at alisonhj@thespiralpartnership.com

A message from the @hhjuniors fell running team….and all are welcome…

Christmas Tree Run up Simon’s Seat – Saturday 8th December.
Meet at Stump Cross Caverns at 9.30 am. We will combine transport to travel from here in as few cars as possible to the start of the run, returning to Stump Cross Caverns Cafe afterwards for bacon butties / cake. Parents are most welcome to join the run to view the decorated Christmas Tree at the top of the hill, and in the Cafe afterwards.

Please respond via Sportlyzer or email (preferred) to helene@harrogate-harriers.co.uk with an estimate numbers of children and parents who will be joining us for the run and buns. I can let the cafe know estimate of numbers and ensure we have enough coaches present on the run.

Final training session 13th Dec of 2018 …. and our first year of HH Fell Running….. to be celebrated by Chips in the Pub afterwards.

Entries for this years PECO cross country league are now on sale via racebest.

You can sign up for each race individually or the whole series. Link to sign up below.

These races are open from year 2-12 so most all athletes can compete in this!!

Please ensure when signing up you enter under Harrogate Harriers or you won’t count towards any team scores!

If you are new to cross country running then this league is a great starting point. Races tend to be on mixed terrain, mostly fields and trail, and are around 1-2 miles long. All the venues are local and every race starts at 10.00 am .
