How did you get into coaching?

I used to compete in triathlon and athletics, and when my daughters started running I joined as parent helper. For the past five years I have been a qualified Coach.

What do you like about coaching?

Seeing the athletes achieve the results and ambitions in both cross country and athletics.

What do you coach?

I focus on middle distance running and foundation work.

Something fun I'd like you to know!

Spent 2 years travelling, doing crazy things like bungy jumping, ski diving, gliding, white water rafting and mountaineering.
