The registration process for our WebCollect membership portal requires us to gather and retain several key elements of information, all of which are required in order to validate your membership and UKA affiliation. Participation to our social media requires a valid email address and admittance by a nominated administrator before access is allowed.
Our mailing list registration is a manual process and only requires a valid club membership and e-mail address. E-mail address are NOT SHARED with ANY outside agency. Only club officials have access to be able to generate mailing list e-mails.
Like many websites, we may also automatically receive general information that is contained in our server log files such as your IP address and cookie information. Information about how advertising may be served on this site (if at all) is set forth below.
We may use Data to customize and improve your user experience on this site. We provide the ability to unsubscribe from the mail list and have your email address deleted from the list, in the footer of each e-mail distributed to the mail list. Alternatively you can email the webmaster to have your address manually removed.
